From the counter to the system.
My starting point is technology and the way information can organize real work more effectively.
I hold a degree in Informatics and Mass Media. I currently work as a butcher; this first-hand experience shows me where time, information and control are lost, and shapes how I design every system.
I do not begin with technology. I begin with the workflow, the people and the point where the work becomes harder than it needs to be.
I look at the work first. Then I build the tool.
